Payment Processing Times

  • When a Silo user makes an ACH payment to their vendors via Silo BillPay, it takes at least 3 banking days for the vendor to see the money reflected in their bank account after the money has been debited.
  • When a Silo user makes a check payment to their vendors via Silo BillPay, the shipping time ranges from 2-10 business days.
  • When a customer pays a Silo user via ACH or credit card payment in the customer payment portal, it takes at least 2 banking days for the Silo user to see the money reflected in their bank account after the money has been debited.
  • Public/bank holidays can delay payment processing times.
