How to View Your Balance Sheet
Viewing the Balance Sheet
To view the Balance Sheet report:
- Navigate to Reports > Financial > Balance Sheet
- Adjust the date range as needed
- View the report in Silo, print it, or export it in a CSV format
What Is the Balance Sheet?
The Balance Sheet report shows the balance of a user’s assets, liabilities and equity as of a specified date (by default, today). It shows a line for each asset, liability, and equity account and calculates the user’s totals for each category.
How Are the Values Calculated?
Total Current Assets:
Total Fixed Assets:
Total Other Assets:
TOTAL ASSETS: Total Current Assets + Total Fixed Assets + Total Other Assets
Total Current Liabilities:
Total Long-term Liabilities:
TOTAL LIABILITIES: Total Current Liabilities + Total Long-term Liabilities

Retained Earnings:
TOTAL EQUITY:
