How to Pay Silo

This article is intended to cover how to pay your Silo invoices for BillPay, Collections, and software.

Instructions

Navigate and log into https://app01.us.bill.com/p/silotechnologiesinc (Silo uses bill.com to collect payments).

  • If you do not have an account, press the Don't have an account link to set one up.
  • If you don't have the information required to set up an account, contact customer support.

Once you have logged in, you can see all your invoices, previous payments, schedule a payment, and set up recurring payment methods. You can pay using a ACH or a credit/debit card. Please note that if you are paying with a card, you are subject to an additional fee as detailed out on bill.com.

Best Practices

Silo highly encourages you to set up automatic payments to avoid any risk of temporarily losing access.
