How to Cancel a Purchase Order

To cancel a purchase order:

  1. Navigate to Orders > Purchase Orders > All Orders
  2. Use the filters to locate the order you wish to cancel
  3. Click the three vertical dots on the right side of the row and select Cancel order from the dropdown menu
  4. Press Yes, cancel order on the confirmation window

If you don't see the option to cancel the order, it may need to be unreceived or have any applied payments or return credits unapplied first. If it's a return PO, it may first need to be unapplied. For more information about these workflows, see the following articles:
